Purchase of one of my original artworks does not equal purchase of copyright or licensing rights. Unless a licensing agreement or buy-out contract is arranged, I retain all rights to my own original art and art prints.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
LOSS / DAMAGE: If for some reason your purchase is lost or damaged in the mail, I will happily provide a replacement or refund the monetary value of the item as well as shipping costs, provided either: the damaged item is returned and verified to be the same exact item sold, OR postal tracking provided showing missing/ unable to find item.
(In some cases, a photo of the damaged print or item is all that is needed, rather than physically returning it to me.)
