When will my items arrive?

For Prints:

Please allow one to two weeks (usually faster) from the time of purchase for your order to be prepared for shipment, as each print is made to order and packaged with love and care in our Critter Workshop. 

Once your order is prepared, it will be shipped via First Class Mail, which usually takes approximately 1-3 business days to arrive.

For Tee-Shirts, Bags, Pendants, and all other items:

Where do you ship?

Currently, our shop accepts orders anywhere in the United States. We will be offering international ordering and shipping options to our site in the coming months.

Do prints have a margin/ border?

Most prints will have a small margin (usually 1/4 " or smaller), though some prints may have a slightly larger margin depending upon the original aspect ration of the artwork.

Do you sign the prints?

I hand sign each print on the back side. 

What kind of paper and ink do you use for prints?

All artwork will be printed on luxurious, bright white, professional, and premium quality fine art paper. The paper finish will be either glossy, matte, or luster, depending upon which finish is best suited for the individual artwork being printed.

 

All prints are made using 12 archival quality pigment based inks, which provide a vivid and luminous color range to preserve the look of the original artwork and are designed to last over 200 years without fading.

What is the return/ refund policy?

If your purchase is lost or damaged in the mail, I will be happy to provide a replacement. This replacement will be sent once the damaged item is returned and verified to be the same exact item sold, or a postal tracking showing the item is missing / can't be found. In most cases, a photo of the damaged item/ shipping container is all that is needed, rather than physically returning it to me.

Insurance is purchased on all orders over a certain dollar amount. In those cases I will follow the guidelines of the insurance provider in issuing either returns or replacements, depending on the item(s) ordered.

Additional policies and FAQs

Purchase of one of my original artworks, prints, or art items does not automatically equal purchase of copyright or licensing rights. Unless a licensing agreement or buy-out contract is arranged, I retain all rights to my own original art and art prints.
